Change of company name
Starting from 3rd September, 2009 the previous company name Systemy Komputerowe
– Główka S.A. is being replaced with a new one SKG S.A.
The new corporate image includes the following logo:
Since 1st July, 2009, the Customs Declaration Processing System implemented by SKG
S.A. for Lithuanian Customs is working in production mode. The System covers handling
of import declarations and export control in scope of Phase II of ECS system.
ECS-2 International tests
On 16th of June 2009 SKG S.A., together with Lithuanian Customs Administration,
successfully finished Conformance tests of the Lithuanian ECS-2 Export Control System.
All the required test scenarios covering communication between national application
and a test application supported by DG TAXUD and imitating ECS systems of other
member states were completed succesfully. Starting from 18th of June 2009 the International
tests covering communication with real systems of other member states are conducted
(so called Mode-3).
Periodical audit
From 19th-20th of February 2009 the Quality Management System of SKG S.A. was audited
according to ISO 9001:2000 standard and received recommendation to extend validity
of the certificate for another year.
SKG S.A. within
EurTradeNet Initiative became a stable member of the Trade Contact
Group at the European Commission.
The Trade Contact Group is a consultation body responsible for representation of
interest of traders in front of the European Commission and the Directorate General
for Trade and Indirect Taxation (DG TAXUD) in the area of development of procedures
and solutions toward eCustoms.
Contract signature for Declaration System for Lithuania
Systemy Komputerowe – Główka S.A. (SKG S.A.) signed on 28th of March 2008, a contract
worth over 21 million Litas (>6MEUR) with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic
of Lithuania for Renewal, Development, Implementation, Maintenance and Support Services
of Customs Declarations System.
In the next 3 years SKG S.A. with its Lithuanian partner, UAB ERP, will be responsible
for replacing functionality of current declaration system and for implementation
of solutions required by the European Commission, such as Export Control System
(AES/ECS), Import Control System (AIS/ICS) and other.
ECS in production mode
From the night 27th-28th of June 2007 the Export Control System (ECS), developed
by SKG S.A., was launched in production mode. ECS aims at supporting full export
functionality, so far realised by CELINA Declaration Processing System. Until September
2007 the system is going to be used in border locations, to replace CELINA's export
functionality in full scope after that date.
EurTradeNet project financing
The European Commission granted financing for the EurTradeNet project within the
eTEN programme. The currently started project, to be finished in 16 months, aims
at further development and market validation of EurTradeNet Alliance services.
