KLEVAS® - advanced IT solution to improve the efficiency of freight forwarders
and transportation companies.
KLEVAS® - the information management system for freight forwarders
and transportation companies was developed by UAB “AVILDA” from Kaunas (Lithuania).
The system was introduced in Poland at the LOGISTEX – the IV Logistics, Storage
and Transportation Fair in Sosnowiec in May, 2010. KLEVAS® is not newly-developed
solution: the first implementation took place in 2006 at UAB "EIVORA" in Vilnius
(www.eivora.lt). Today almost 100 transportation and freight companies in Lithuania
use KLEVAS®
KLEVAS® supports the following activities at freight forwarders and transportation
companies:
- whole-vehicle transportation,
- collective consignment transportation,
- shipment planning and optimization,
- fleet management.
The main functions of KLEVAS® are as follows:
- registration and management of shipment and transportation orders,
- account clearance and supervision over settlements with customers
- planning and settlement of transportation costs,
- online application for customers to track the current state of each shipment, check
the account balance and place new orders,
- data exchange with external systems such as finance & accounting, fleet monitoring,
fuel cards etc,
- analysis and reports for the purpose of supervision and management.
Lithuanian, English and Polish version of KLEVAS® are available.
SKG S.A., as a partner of UAB "AVILDA”, is responsible for implementation, training
and technical support for KLEVAS® users in Poland.
